Remote Support


We provide remote support for a variety of problems. The first step is to contact us via email, phone or sms.
 Once it has been determined that the issue is suitable to be resolved using remote support, one of our technicians will guide you through the process of downloading and installing the software required to establish a secure connection.

Once the connection/session has been closed any further connections will require you to initiate them. There is no way the software can be used to access your computer unless you expressly allow it.

Payment can be made by credit card, debit card upon completion. Payment for remote support is charged at a $2.20 per minute for the first 30 minutes then $1.10 per minute after that. Credit card details must be provided prior to the support session.

NOTE: All calls may be recorded for training & verification purposes.
